Náchod Song
Náchod Song is a song and music video created by our school as a gift to the town of Náchod to celebrate the 770th anniversary of its founding.
Students from ZŠ T. G. Masaryka Náchod took part in the project, appearing in the music video and helping to create a musical and visual celebration of our town. The aim of the project was to bring together music, film, creativity at school, and our connection to the place where we live, learn, and grow up.
The song was created as a tribute to Náchod — its history, atmosphere, and the beautiful places that are part of our everyday lives.

Filming at Czech Television
With students from ZŠ T. G. Masaryka Náchod, we travelled to Prague, where we filmed a report about our new school subject, ArtStudio, for Czech Television.
During the filming, the students had the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of real television production, share their own perspective on the new subject, and show what we do in ArtStudio. It was a wonderful experience for us and a great opportunity to introduce our school’s creative work to a wider audience.
We will soon share information about the broadcast date of the report.

Reporters competition for Czech Television
Students from ZŠ T. G. Masaryka Náchod created a report for the Reportéři ČT na startu competition, introducing our new school subject, ArtStudio.
During the filming, the students had the chance to experience the work of reporters first-hand. They tried presenting in front of the camera, conducting interviews, working with microphones and lights, and using basic filmmaking equipment. The report was therefore not only created as a competition entry, but also as a practical example of the skills students can develop in ArtStudio.
The new subject brings together film, drama and music education, giving students the opportunity to create, collaborate, perform in front of the camera, and explore the world of media through hands-on experience.

Success for Our Students in the Prima Sezóna 2026 Photography Competition
ZŠ TG Masaryka Náchod congratulates Terez K. and Jaroslav N. on their success in the Prima season 2026 photography competition.
Tereza K. won 1st place with her photo "Tentacles of Beauty" (hair). Jaroslav N. received an honorable mention for his photo "Journey of Fantasy" (airplane).
